  I&apos;d argue it&apos;s completely fair to refer to Roland as the &quot;Black Silence&quot; since that&apos;s exactly what it tells you in game. Without going to the artbook, you&apos;d have no idea that it&apos;s actually Angelica.

  The big thing I love about the Ensemble is how well it fits as the main major antagonist of LoR. They are ever present during the entire game, you see their effects at first, how they impact the common people of the City and lower syndicates and fixers try to deal with the fallout of their actions. Then you see their seeping corruption of people and those who are left in their wake. And finally you can see them in their whole glory as a Star of the City, walking around warzones of the Fingers, ruining the image of entire Wings and being in general a menace.<br><br>But then you actually fight them and learn their stories... and they wrap and wind around Roland&apos;s backstory and by proxy the entire core theme of LoR of how horrible and truly dystopian the City is. They are (almost) all philosophers. They all have a fully realized personal view of the world that controls all of their actions. They all hate the City and the monsters that it created, ignoring that they themselves are those monsters created by it.<br><br>And so, when you have your final showdown with Carmen and then the Head, you truly understand the two opposing forces that are causing all of this. PM manages to give us the ultimate final boss thing without at any point worfing or making less important their main enemies during the entire story. Truly, peak.

  I just realized you do pm videos recently and checking this video out warms my heart so much. Not because of the powerscaling even I do agree with most of it, but it’s because of the character analysis. Love how you give analysis on each of the members as you powerscale them, it’s really nice to see people appreciate how good the ensemble were as villains.
