Somewhere, in a far off land where you have never been and will never go, there were once three witches, protectors of life. They were the peacekeepers of the world. But, one day, the eldest knew she was dying and told the sisters that they must do something to save life itself. So they formed a frozen star, which possessed the gift of life and the pain of death. Only that way would they be sure that nobody would ever use it selfishly. To this day, the beautiful azure light continues to glow, to burn, but never to be seen by anyone.

Forever searching. Searching for something... anything in this dark and empty remnant of a universe. What if there is nothing? How can anything survive here? Searching, for what seemed like ages, and finally... something. Something at last! The cold remnants of a star, the frozen core that remained. The only thing left of a dynasty that conquered universes. At last, a shred of history that will always be remembered. The Frozen Star.

So, pre-pandemic I was in pretty good physical shape. When the pandemic hit, and everything was closed, I took the attitude "Well, if I'm going to catch this crap and die, I might as well live it up!" So I did. 60 additional pounds later, I had to have my left hip joint replaced due to degenerative arthritis. My 60 extra pounds certainly did not help. Well, I am now vaccinated, boosted, and recovering quite nicely from my six-weeks-ago hip operation.

TIME TO HIT THE GYM!! Today is my second "gym revisit". Music like this keeps me inspired during my workouts.

Thank you for making music like this and making it available for such inspiration!
