  Allowing Electoral bonds means legalizing bribery. The least we can do is to publish the list of donors with details of their donations. No one gives free money.

  CJI there are millions of cases are pending in Indian courts. Judges are being selected by recommendation not on merit based in India and there is 0%transparency on judges personal property and income. Any words on that? Indians are waiting back home. Please address these issues before you leave the CJI position. Happy holidays in the US.

  Indian Judiciary needs reforms, and he is the Chief Justice because his father too was a Justice in the Supreme Court.

  At least judges are not involved in any type of crime.Can we ensure such a stringent criteria not to be involved in any criminal activities for politicians to be members of assemblies and house of people?Can we ask political parties not to give tickets to criminals?<br><br>Certainly we can&apos;t and if we can, it&apos;s not guaranteed whether they would listen us.At least our judiciary listen us.<br><br>Can we ask home ministry why they are delaying for months in forwarding name to president for appointment of judges despite of SC suggested names long time before.<br>Answer is NO.<br><br>And can we ask political parties to reveal the name of donors?<br>Hearing is going on this issue too.Being a voter it is our right to know how political parties are funded.<br><br>Indian judiciary is too evolving over &nbsp; time.And its good at least they are trying to get better by every means.
