  I may have difficulty falling asleep at times, especially if I have too much on my mind - but once I&apos;m out, I sleep through thunderstorms that shake the house!

  I call bullshit for the doggy style thing! I have a female friend that told me she woke up and realized she was doing doggy with her boyfriend. If you think this is the weird thing - no it&apos;s not. The ultimate weird thing is that her bf was also sleeping and she had to wake him up xD

  falling a sleep can be easy for everyone , just observe your breath, and dont get carried away by any thoughts that come in, let them float away like a cloud, dont get sucked into them, each time you get carried away, snap out of it, and return to just observe the breath, that is the exercise , its not a breathing exercise , so dont do anything different with your breath , just observe &nbsp;how your body does that for you , also a very good relaxation exercise, but best way to clear your head and fall a sleep, the more you practice this, the better it works
