  Judge here to explain Ryko vs Stardust thing:<br>Ryko&apos;s destruction has ALWAYS been optional!<br>For this specific ruling the only difference that matters between modern and Edison Ryko is that old Ryko targeted.<br>Stardust Dragon checks if an effect would destroy a card(s) on the field.<br>So here&apos;s the interesting bit! If the destruction is optional in both cases, why the hell would stardust care if Ryko targets or not?<br>Because for a Ryko that destroys a targeted card to be activated an appropriate target must be chosen on activation!<br>And as the decision has been made on activation, if a target has been chosen that effect is one that would destroy a card on the field.<br>While a Ryko that doesn&apos;t target only needs to make that decision on resolution!<br>So without targeting, after Ryko&apos;s activation Stardust has no clue if that effect WOULD destroy something or not and therefore can&apos;t be chained in modern!

It&apos;s because Armory Arm is now ruled to only do burn damage based on the monster&apos;s attack in the graveyard at resolution and since Colossal Fighter won&apos;t be in the graveyard at resolution of Armory Arm&apos;s effect there is no attack for it to check to burn for.
