To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life.

When I first played these videos to sleep, I was at one of the lowest parts of my life. Every night, I would scroll through the comment section and cry bc it was the only time where I felt loved and so safe. Now, a year later, I scroll through these comments and they don't make me cry anymore. I don't need them to. I am at such a better place now and I am telling you- it will get better. I believe in you

In case you didn't hear this today: you matter and you're necessary. You're the awake universe looking back at itself, no one was and never will be like you. Be kind with others, and above all, be kind with yourself. Now go to sleep.

This has to be one of my favourite videos I’ve found so far. I suffer from bad PTSD & have horrible night terrors every night without a doubt so even the thought of falling asleep scares the heck out of me to the point I avoid sleep at all costs. I have been using this every night for the past few days even though I still have my night terrors it’s made night routine to get into bed etc more pleasant!

One of my new faves. I love that nothing is overly high pitched. That’s my problem with quite a few of the other ones. It’s soothing and there’s not a major “melody” which keeps my thoughts from racing. Thank you!
