Thank you Mr. Dorsey. Your book the Small Book is my favorite book and i bought this year The five rules bcause had very good aspect. Aswell use Morning Star for track the funds. I learn a lot from ur advice

The man that founded Morningstar’s moat ratings, which I look at regularly, is asking me to question the metrics that go into describing a moat 🤯🤯🤯 this certainly changed my perspective a lot and I learned something new. Thank you for this great interview.

Great stuff - can you touch upon whether and how these capital allocators leverage AI systems in future podcasts?

What a great guest his 13f filings are great

I wish he was asked about his books if he’s an author.  I don’t understand why he only has 12 positions.  My RIA managed value portfolio has 40 and is doing great.

Loved both his books. But I am going to respectfully disagree with him on founder led business -amazon, alphabet, Microsoft, Apple, Meta, Tesla, Nvidia, Broadcom, Berkshire hathaway, copart, starbucks, mercado libre, waste management, netflix, intuitive surgical -how many examples do you need to prove that skin in the game is a key thing.

Didn't expect Pat Dorsey to misquote Buffett. Buffett didn't say his favorite holding period is forever. He said "when we own portions of outstanding businesses with outstanding management, our favorite holding period is forever".  I usually use this as a red flag to find out if someone has really understood and followed Buffett or just skimmed and wants to quote Buffett. Disappointed that Pat Dorsey  (author of two of my favorite books) said it
