  i remember when i was younger and digimon was gonna be removed from netflix. so i thought “ok i already watched it before but i must watch it before it leaves” and halfway through digimon adventures 1 i genuinely realized “im not really paying much attention to this. im not too interested in digimon rn but im watching it because it said it’s going away. why am i doing this” and i stopped watching it. that was my first encounter with corporate fabricated urgency and it still pisses me off
