Wow! These sidebars are so revealing. Thank you for helping us understand what was happening during them. They show fairness is truly absent with this judge. How can anyone get a fair trial in this, and probably other jurisdictions, when evidence is tampered with, witnesses tell "stories", judges are less than ethical, prosecutors misrepresent evidence! I think the DA and all the others involved in this case are upset because against all odds she was found NG. Truth matters!
