Enlightenment or liberation is a very rare phenomenon.
That is why you will not find a ‘liberated person’ in any meditation tradition (yoga, transcendental meditation, Zen meditation, dynamic meditation, etc.).
You can have the weirdest experiences in your personal history (e.g. unity consciousness with total knowledge), but this has absolutely nothing to do with ‘enlightenment/liberation’.
I say this as a former TM-Sidha with 20 years of TM practice!

What nobody tells you:
Liberation is not the result of years of practice. It happens for no reason.
In spirituality, liberation/enlightenment is presented as something that adds an extra dimension of personal experience.
A sense of oneness, omniscience and bliss. In principle, what the seeker desires.

There is no connection between spirituality and liberation:
In fact, it is the other way round. With liberation/enlightenment, all apparent phenomena of personal experience are taken away from the person.
The me, the consciousness, the experience of presence, the experience of presence, the experience of time etc. would be gone at a stroke.
The chain of subject, experience and object collapses.
It is like a meltdown.
This apparent loss is irreversible. But don't worry, very few people will ever come into contact with it.
Liberation/enlightenment is not possible because the person who wants it stands in the way. Therefore, there can be no methods that lead to liberation/enlightenment.
There is no liberation/enlightenment for the person.
There are many spiritual teachers who think they know what it's all about and who sell their ideas in courses.
A lot of money is spent on this, which is not wrong, because it happens exactly as it seems to happen and it is an offer that is sought after.
