Thank you for your continued detailed coverage of this important case, Andrea! <br>Richard Allen deserved a fair trial. He absolutely did not receive one. Period.<br>Hoping at least two of these appellate judges see this as well, and have sufficient supporting information to feel comfortable overturning Judge Gull. 💐

One of many huge frustrations with Rick's case is the sheer number and scope of bad faith actions by the State. It's overwhelming. <br><br>So overwhelming that it's hard to get your arms around it. But when you break it down to examine each small piece -- the only way most courts know how to view evidence in light of the law -- you immediately lose sight of the scaffolding of bad faith. Each act of smug bad faith on the part of police, the judge and the prosecution builds on and cycles back to all the other acts of bad faith so that we end up with a whole ecosystem of perfidy that's almost too much to untangle. <br><br>I'm glad Leeman stuck to confirmation bias run amok as the cause of the State's malfeasance, even though we all know that's not the half of it.
