As a voter in Kwale county, this auditing session is really embarrassing, mind draining and shameful to watch. Clearly we have leaders who don't deserve to be anywhere near the offices they occupy. From co-mingling of funds to misappropriation to lack of knowledge on simple issue of opportunity cost. <br>To my knowledge, the health budget was reduced just to steal money for campaign. Because, there's no other reason why you state a different amount on the budget submitted and after receiving the money... you cut the expenditure. Then can someone tell me if the difference was returned? And the bitter part, I see them smiling, after a mockery display of their presentation which clearly shows the rot in Mama Achani's county government. <br>Sincerely, this warrant for maandamano and or petition to remove her from office. <br>And how come the Auditor general and Senate committees (not only health) just do the questioning and no further action is taken. I'm just bitter... TOLWA WANTAM!

Surety, I'm really surprised that there's no invoicing system for SHA patients that'll guarantee correct reimbursement for such. What a way of stealing public finds... mukiambiwa sha haifanyi mwakasirika! <br>Wait, which means the clinical officers can just quote any amount for their facility to suggest cover for sha and be approved.... without supporting evidence? Someone clarity for me please... how this works.
