  I do believe you missed one block, that being the lapis lazuli block. But it’s just a trade with the cleric villager, so it’s nothing really too major

  I saw you click the gold block recipe with your mouse repeatedly. When using the recipe book, you can click the recipe to craft it and press spacebar to use the same recipe again. If you press Shift + Space it also works to craft stacks of items. Hope this helps!

  By the way, I don’t know how many piglins you had in each hole, but it looked like 5-ish, which at 6 seconds per trade can trade 250 gold in 5 minutes (the despawn time), so if you gave them more than 3.9 stacks of gold at a time, the extra gold will have despawned. Now of course you could have totally not done that. I was just curious as to why it took so much gold to get that much nether brick.
