  The best part is that there is still tension between Abby and the OG mothers. They could film a reunion tomorrow and it would still be great TV 10 years later.

  Abby was 100% correct about the dancewear and bare feet rule (for acro). And hair down is a huge no-no for any class unless it is short ( like Paige’s or shorter).I don’t know why she would show up that way, but at her age it’s her responsibility to make sure she is dressed appropriately for dance or acro. If you have ever danced you know the drill. I was in competitive dance and if you showed up to any dance class that way, you wouldn’t be able to just change. You would be sent home. It’s not a fashion/modesty issue, it’s for safety and conforms to studio rules that every reputable studio has. If you want to wear a t-shirt go dance in a rec class in the basement of a church. No one should have to tell you to change at her age. Be prepared and on-time. And if you can’t get over self-consciousness of wearing dance wear, find another hobby.

  So let me get this straight... Abby was not originally supposed to be a big part of this show; they were only using her studio, but because on that one liner, she ended up becoming the biggest star of the show? Waw, you just never know on life. Time and chance happens to everyone according to King Solomon. You just have to be prepared.

  When I had to wear compression shocks in Acro I wore the stirrup ones (socks with the heal and the toe cut out) so it would be safe to wear. Nobody told me to wear those specific ones I just did it because I don’t want to bust my head open. It’s so dangerous and part of the reason why some studios still don’t teach Acro cause of liability. Be smart dancers.

  As an older adult I’m rewatching the show and now the behind the scenes reactions and am just so shocked by how much of this show was not real due to editing or blown out of proportion by the crazy moms.
