Karen - I have been playing my whole life, I am in my sixties, knowbody has EVER SHOWN this simple move to me. They don't slow it down and break it down as you have show us! Thank You I hope to hit more pure shots now. I wish i could have a lesson with you ? Thanks again. I will keep an eye out for more of your drills. Wrists!
