My family sucks. But they never, ever, ever, thought of using my Social Security number to open up anything to take advantage of my credit. My families biggest problem is communication.

OK, so anybody who is ever closed on the house knows this to be true they know well before you get to closing that there’s a discrepancy or a loan that’s done and underwriting. You’re not gonna even get to closing if you have an outstanding loan that will interfere with the loan going through so you all need to really work on process and facts
