I used to be a county traffic engineer and safety officer. She can’t mark that tire until the vehicle is unoccupied. At that point the 72 hour time period would start. There is no indication whatsoever that the vehicle has been abandoned!

If its in the Bill of Rights, officer, you can not use any laws or ordinances to restrict those rights. That you had better learn. Your ordinances do not supersede the Constitution. This needs to be taught to evrry officer and every judge and lawyer in this country.
