I really enjoyed your video. I have abar restaurant in Phuket and am closed because of no staff. It's a very difficult time here now. Watching your video has given me inspiration for new ideas and finding the right staff. Thank you from Luuma Bar & Bistro

Selamat datang ke Penang, Malaysia. Can't go wrong with salted and dried sea products at Chowrasta market.

The irony is staggering: travelling through Asia on a luxury train, surrounded by white diners and eating European food, while ridiculing an Asian delicacy enjoyed by millions as “socks” and “rotting food.” That is not wit—it is ignorant, culturally contemptuous performance for a Western gaze. Being mixed-race does not give anyone a free pass to demean another culture. The presenter should apologise, the segment should be removed, and the programme’s producers and sponsors should explain why they believe he deserves a platform after this.

Honestly if I had to dress up to dine in a train, I'd probably choke at every bite, and the humor was rather drowning me at times, actually most of the time, a renaissance gone utterly bitter somewhat !

Not for 'MOST' people...

Sure the food is superb , but not interested in the 'Opulence' and the association with so called elegance and luxury.
