  Almost 2 million views!  Since this was a year ago l wonder how this young man and his kids are doing now. I hope he received the hand up he needed ( aside from the amazing help you guys gave them).

  People yelling at this father are the stain on our society. One time in Colorado I saw a homeless man sitting outside with no coat while it was snowing. He was a disabled homeless vet and had lost all hope. I literally gave him the coat off my back and was yelled at for doing so by bystanders. I gave him some money and my phone number. About three months later he called me to say thank you and that he had a job and an apartment now. Sometimes people just need that little thing to jump start their willpower.

  I just met a sweet, respectful young homeless man at the park today. Noticed him yesterday and stopped to talk with him today. I went and bought him his diabetic test strips as he was completely out. Also got him some food. I'm poor myself but was always taught to pay it forward and help others whenever you can.

  There was a moment when I had an argument with my wife, so I went to a nearby motel to stay and saw a homeless man and took him to dinner at Dennys. Next day I told him that he's welcome to shower and wash his clothes. The Best moment of my life helping someone in need.

  I was homeless with a wife that was 7 months pregnant and 2 small kids and the economy was trash. I finally found a low paying job and moved up to better pay when I joined the carpenters union as an apprentice. I eventually became a foreman and then a superintendent. I put my wife through college and I eventually went to work overseas when our kids all got into college. Now we own a home on 7 acres with a gorgeous pond and everything we own is paid for in full. My wife has a great job with a major defense contractor and she gets to work from home. I retired a few years ago at 49. There were a lot of tears and tons of hard work but never give up and always look to the future.

  Insane how people wont help a homeless dad with 2 young kids... No kids should EVER be homeless, it will destroy them.  Thank you for helping them :)
