This is one of my favorite performances of hers. She sounds amazing and looks so relaxed. She killed it that night and I loved seeing her mother clapping for her at the end. You can tell she was so proud of her daughter. Very sweet.

How tf does she growl so perfectly and well placed @ 3:08 and then goes back to her regular singing voice as if it was nothing. Only other singer i can think of with just the perfect growl is Twinkie clark.

We recognize Whitney's gift of song, but another gift was her ability to be comfortable in her gift - not everyone is. Whitney KNEW she could sing and that made her even more dynamic! I'm so glad to have experienced her in real time. We love you, Nippy!

S/N - from 2:07-2:17 she doesn't take a breath. The way she was able to push that phrase out so powerfully all the way thru, is absolutely phenomenal!
