My dad 89, loved listening to my Bob Seger albums when I went off to college in the 80's. He died in March 2023 and we played Against the Wind at his funeral. He would have approved.

Bob Seger is one of the great Rock & Roll poets. "Surrounded by strangers I thought were my friends." Genius

I believe that somewhere in the world, there are people who feel the same emotions that I feel when I listen to masterpieces like this song.

The older I get the more meaningful this song becomes.

When you think that Bob is 77 soon to be 78 in this performance, its stunning!! His voice is just as strong & distinctive as it always has been! He's now 80 & retired. I wish I got to see him in concert but this video is a treat. Thank you ❤

Bob turns 80 next year and still sounds marvelous. One of the greats.

"I wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then." What an amazing play of words. Genius.

Thank you Jason Aldean for introducing Bob Seger to a new younger generation! He is always relevant but some people just have to be introduced.
Bob Seger is a dynamo whose songs split right into the heart of every male and female living being . Exposes , describes, comiserates (sic), sympathizes, and expresses their hearts. Plus his onstage performances were superb.

There are very few people about which it can be said, but Bob Seger is one: He was a legend in his own time.

Seger's voice sounds so good I had to double take this. But then I remembered he's Bob Seger.
