  The organised crime we experience is enabled by key political leaders, business people and &apos;ground level operatives and enforcers&apos;. <br><br>The weak borders are just a symptom of a much bigger illicit economy. The Madlanga Commission is exposing just the tip of the problem and the extent of the rot we have now that is enabled by our political leaders.
