Am I the only one that thinks using double sided sticky tape for those stained glass windows was a lille strange. The house is beautiful although I would like to see the kitchen.

Absolutely beautiful what you did with that home. However, being very knowledgeable of that area and the Eastern shore waterfront in general... the builder should have told you that the way to mitigate future flooding would be to raise that house up a few more feet at the very least. The eastern shore is sinking and the water table is rising every year , which is why so many islands there have completely sunk into the water as have many waterfront homes.

Stained glass, appropriate to the era, would disguise the poor view and let the light in. (I wrote this b4 watching this video, and smiled when I saw what they did). Its a beautiful place, conserved with love, and attention to detail.
