I’m so glad other people have thought about Kratos being more talkative after learning to read. My friends thought it was a stretch on my part

The reason Kratos speaks the way he does is because he speaks in the Lakonic style of speaking that Spartans had which was very direct and straight to the point

I have a new theory for you:<br>Atreus is actually named after himself, Atreus of Sparta is actually the Atreus we know. When Atreus and Kratos ultimately have to go their separate ways for whatever reason (death, fake death, whatever) Atreus’s journey comes to an end when he travels back in time to be with his father again and to truly get to know him before he became cursed. He saves his life and gives his own the way the story was told to him so that his father could live on and go forward with the events that eventually unfold.

If I&apos;m not wrong the rift appears AFTER the murder &nbsp;of Ymir, right? A primordial deity.
