  I don't think it was mentioned, but the ability you get from Cloak and Dagger is different depending on which of the two you hit. Dagger gives you the bubble and Cloak gives you his blindess ability.

  You forgot Cloaks &quot;Terror Cape&quot; in your tier list. You only mentioned Daggers healing bubble. I would put it in the good or okay steals.

  It makes sense that she technically can&apos;t steal Spidey&apos;s webs, because those aren&apos;t a power for him. His only powers are his enhanced agility, strength, and Spider Sense.

  Honestly really disappointed you didn’t mention her ultimate draining other ults. Yes it’s only from 100 down to 80 but that’s genius game design from the devs. It allows her to actually INITIATE against support ultimates where they can’t shut her down but due to it being a minimal effect the enemy team can recharge it in the next fight keeping it fair.

  minor corrections.<br><br>1. with fatal attraction. you can choose when to activate the damage circle but the pull part happens after a set time.<br>2. you get 2 powers from C&amp;D, being dagger bubble or cloak blind. Depending on which form the C&amp;D is in.

  I’ve scrolled enough and haven’t seen any mention of it so I’ll also note that all characters that you can steal from have the ability’s image over their head. Which also means if a character doesn’t have anything over their head, you can’t steal anything from them.
