  I'm 47 and I still wonder what I'm going to do when I grow up. Recently I did start thinking I'm running out of time but then I thought what an achievement it would be to stumble my way to retirement having had a great time and never actually growing up. So that's the new challenge.

  Sorry Clair. I'm with James on the saying I love you, discussion. Don't want to bring anyone's mood down...but my sister died suddenly  a few years ago. My mum had been with her an hour before she died. Both Mum and her husband said they were thankful that they got to tell her they loved her. The last thing she heard was I love you...sorry, not sorry. x

  I grew up hearing up my parents telling each other they loved each other all the time. They were married for 51 years before my dad suddenly passed away in 21. They still held hands in the car. My mom was a stay at home mom and did the cooking, laundry, and we 4 kids helped with cleaning. My siblings and I always kissed each of our parents on the cheek and told them goodnight. Even as adults if we were staying over. I never once heard my parents fight or have an argument. I’m Texan and we’re known for our fiery tempers and my dad definitely had but not towards my mom or us kids.

  Can totally relate to James with the 'vicious cycle of biting his cheek'! I had a similar thing not long back with my bottom lip and I couldn't stop catching it and it would just make it more swollen and harder not to bite whilst eating. So annoying, but funny to hear James go through the same thing 😅
