This is not a spiritual aspiration. Letting go and truly transcending egoic consciousness is not about getting " what you want" or the fantasy things will come to you. They may not come, but in letting go its no longer a necessity to want those things or need them. Most desires are wants of unconscious ego. I seen homeless people who have been on streets for 10 years, they let go and lost everything. And nothing has come to them. While some live in palaces in Germany. Many suffer!
