In reference to that Kabob; I'm from Southern California, and we have arguably some of the most authentic and creolized, fusion Mexican food on Earth! I'm almost always left wanting when I try most Mexican dishes outside of my home or Mexico, similar to why I never eat Thai food outside of Thailand. Once you've had the authentic stuff the rest are just want-a be's with inferior ingredients.
