1. ALWAYS look the sheriff in the eyes when proclaiming what you have in your bag.<br>2. Bribing can be done at any time and done for ANY reason, including to have the sheriff open someone else's bag.<br>3. The sheriff doesn't need to say what he'll do with the bag and then move on to the next person. He can do anything in whatever order while merchants try to convince him with truth or with bribes. He he makes his decision her person, he'll give the bag back, or snap the bag open.<br>4. Once the bag SNAPS open, all bribes and offers end. Period.<br><br>Keep these in mind when playing Sheriff of Nottingham. It's way more fun.

Derek inspecting every bag only to find nothing but legit apples never fails to get me to laugh. His "Where are all these apples coming from?" is hilarious.

This has to be one of my favorite episodes of TableTop. Not because of the game (which is a great game), but because of how much fun they had playing it. It's the first time that everyone at the table just got into the spirit of the game and went with it. And that's what gaming should be. Having fun and even if it's just for a little bit, forgetting about any troubles you have and enjoying the moment.
