  The cap used to be 40, it is now 50, but lord defeat traits do not contribute to this total anymore, so we&apos;re looking at more like 100+ traits

  It’s kinda funny, how this specific Kleaper video actually made me realize why some people (Including friends of mine) would OBSESS over squeezing every last drop of Ward Save or other resistances onto their leader as they could…but only when they already have very high resistances. &nbsp;When they didn’t have high resistances, they attitude was, “Eh, get it so you have SOMETHING, but otherwise don’t worry about it.”<br><br>What was the understanding for why they act that way? &nbsp;Lemme explain, VERY simplified.<br><br>You have 100 hit points. An enemy does 100 damage when he hits you, meaning you die in one hit.<br><br>So, you get 1% damage reduction. Now he does 99 damage when he hits you…..then he hits you again for <i>another</i> 99 damage, and you’re dead.<br><br>However, with just that one bit of damage reduction, you’ve doubled how many times you have to be hit, to be killed.

  It’s like Total War Empire. Where there are pirates, and they&apos;re at war with everyone. Unfortunately, you need a mod to play as the pirates. I once conquered all of America with the pirates on the Minor Factions Revenge mod. I haven&apos;t touched that campaign since. There is also Europa and India as a separate map. And you can’t &nbsp;use the diplomacy option.
