  I think Dan has shown disrespect, because he should have called Marwa to tell him his father came for the woods right in front of him, not fighting with the old man before calling Marwa

  Makes No Sense because Davy delivered 2 years worth of unused wood to his home. Unless of course he resides somewhere else. Maybe he wanted it for someone else

  @itsMoraa-v1x Dan overstepped the line. Regardless of the situation all Dan needed to do was just a phone call rather than challenge the father of Marwa as tgis is a family issue. That part of land was for Mr ondari and he had the forest there and marwa also bought some more to expand that area. So Mr ondari does have right to claim some of the trees as he owned those trees on the land before giving that to marwa or whatever their agreement was. Besides Dan is just an employee and it bring marwa's dad he should have just informed marwa quickly and stepped back to allow them to resolve the issue and he stays out of it. Being the manager doesn't mean he should behave like that.

  @itsMoraa-v1x I think regardless of the situation all Dan needed to do was to call Marwa and let him speak with his father directly about whatever it was or to just tell him what was happening for marwa to speak to his father and Dan should have just stepped back and report it to marwa immediately over the phone and not interfere with the father.Because like you said Dan is just an employee and should have done both the above. Especially knowing this is marwa's father and has the right as his father,  he should have done the above instead of standing against the father. And regardless of Mr Ondari's actions he should have walked away and reported this to Marwa to deal with it. Because for a young man fighting an old man is not a good thing especially at his job.

  I hope Marwa fires Dan or have him apologize.  No body should be concerned with Marwa’s dad and their personal problems.  Everybody has his own issues, focus on yourself and mind your own business.  So many people in that village have men drinking alcohol and beating their wives and neglecting their families.  That Ginko just divorced his wife and does not care of his kids, but he minds Marwa’s business when Marwa is on vacation.
