  To clear a few things up:<br>Viltrumites can heal from almost anything as long as their brain and heart are intact. For example, Conquest was regenerating himself during &nbsp;Cecil underground &quot;prisons&quot; ? (don&apos;t know what to call), and in Season 2 Lucan( Steve Harvey ) came back after being speared, literally holding his guts in a shirt. So yeah, Mark will recover it’ll just take time.

  Conquest could have tried a lot of stuff to get out of marks choke hold but to be fair its hard to think when your suffocating.
