    I used to wake up 10 pm I did that for years , then I changed it. I woke up early and went to GYM , after 3 months exercises I getting used to it, now I&apos;m used to go to gym every morning.

    I used to accompanied my husband &nbsp;i did that for 30 years, then i change my habit now. i woke up early and went to zumba , after 1 months zumba i getting used to it, now im used to go gym every 3 pm.

    I used to wake up at 1a am. &nbsp;I felt tired. I changed that habit &nbsp;trying to get up at 4am. It is getting use to route better for me.
