  if it wasn’t for the all star resorts my mother could have never afforded to take us to disney after my parents split up. She’s a super hero

  I understand that the pop Century hotel is not the most luxurious of the Disney hotels, but it’s reasonably cheap for Disney and it’s on the Sky Liner which for me is a big plus, stayed there three times

  I love Pop Century. It has its own bus loop separate from the other value resorts, so the wait time is shorter. And now skyliner transportation? Yes please.

  Port Orleans riverside has something un noticed.  Numerous small pools all through riverside that are open all night.  A late night dip is always welcome.  None of the buildings are more than 2 stories.  My favorite

  We visited  All Star music resort in Sept of 2024. We found the rooms adequate and clean . The pool was large and easy entrance. The buses were full but the next one was close behind. We got into parks easier as we got to  skip the Montarail,or paddle boat from parking lots. The food had generous portions offered at resorts. We enjoyed our stay spending our six day stay in the parks from open to close of parks.👍

  Stayed at Coronado Springs twice with my kids. Absolutely love it and always recommend it.

  The Disney hotels are an experience unto themselves.  The last time I went with my family we had a non-park day and had dinner at the Grand Floridian, walked to the Polynesian for dole whips, and took the monorail to the Contemporary to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks, and had a blast.  The other hotels have their own charm too, of course.

  25 years ago my wife & I flew over from England to stay at the Wilderness Lodge for 2 weeks. It was absolutely magical. The grandeur of the hotel is impressive and the theming, faultless. We would go back in a heartbeat if it wasn’t so expensive 😢

  To me, staying at the Grand Floridian resort is the peak Disney World experience. I’ve stayed at several others and nothing has compared for me.

  I know everyone loves to beat up on the motel style hotels but honestly those are the ones that are most valuable to me,  I have a service dog so staying 13 floors up with an inside hallway is a huge draw back for me.  They also have the most green spaces for me to go with my dog to decompress.  The other bonus is that those motel resorts are the ones where I am going to feel most welcome, the number of stares and remarks from “Karens” I get with my small service dog seems to be graded on the same scale as budget, moderate and deluxe hotels.  Take away from this is pick what works for you and your group.  You couldn’t pay me enough to stay at one of the monorail resorts after just walking through lobbies to restaurants garnered more “fake service dog” comments than I could shake a stick at.

  This list is someone's opinion.  For families, the All-Stars are a great option, not just because of the price, as many on here have already mentioned, but because of the over the top theming.  For little kids, this over the top theming is great. So just keep that in mind when viewing this video.
