I dont know who needs to hear this but never give up. Neither on your studies nor in life. Always remember that all things are possible through God. So never lose hope. May God bless you abundantly.

What a time to be alive, where we can simply type and click in order to listen to such a composition.
It wasn't that long ago in human history where you might hear one of these songs two to three times in one's lifetime.
This is tenfold better than anything in the media - social or "news"-entertainment.
Blessed be. May each and every one of you listening to this Be Great.
PS - I'm re-reading "Brave New World" while this plays, whatcha reading internet world?

Around 30yrs ago I would clean a very prestigious elderly lady's home. She was quiet, kind and modest. She wrote books on Mozart and would kindly play for me on her grand piano whilst cleaning, afterwards we would drink Earl Grey tea from her bone china cups. Her house used to be a ballet school with original park flooring everywhere and her long open lounge looked over an enchanted garden through large glass windows. My parents were factory workers so I didn't grow up with classical music but his lady introduced me to it and have loved and listened to it ever since. Her name was Catherine Thomson, to whom I will always be grateful. Much of this music here takes me straight back, thank you.

This music reminded me of how I felt while reading The Picture of Dorian Gray. I try to create similarly melancholic stories through music, especially inspired by classic literature and gothic aesthetics…

    Dear Halidon Music,
I am merely another person amidst an ocean of people, but I simply wish to express my gratitude for creating a collection of dreams, of worlds, of emotions- a collection you call a playlist. May you keep making such ethereal playlists, for there will always be people who will need them.
To all those who love to dream,
And to all those who do not wish to wake up,
My sincere regards to all!

POV: When you fell down the rusty stairs, instead of dying, everything became dark, you walked stretching out your hands "I´m blind, I´m blind" you thought walking, stumbling, reaching out to something you couldn´t see; the air smelled different, and suddenly a presence, a hint of grass, dust and flowers from her dress. She touched your hand, while the darkness gave in to a dim noon light. You were not blind, nor dead, you weren´t sleeping neither were you in that old church anymore. A castle rose afar, and before you those eyes, that nose, her hair flowing, announcing a storm; she is real, she is here, the woman from another time you had been dreaming of, welcoming you at the place you now call home.

It is currently a drizzly, gloomy evening in Seattle, my university town. I am seated in a wooden chair at a long table inside the University of Washington's Gothic-style Suzzallo Library. As I am feverishly typing up some discussion questions for tomorrow's class, I listen to this playlist as the soft piano puts my mind at ease. Thank you for sharing this beautiful array of music.

Just moved to a house in the woods and I put this on while taking my dogs out and I swear I felt like I was in my own movie. It’s so beautiful. Thank you! Hugs💕✨

This compilation gives me absolute chills, it feels like I am living in a victorian gothic period piece! Absolutely exquisite selection of music, thank you.

POV: It was a rainy day and you usually loved those kinds of gloomy days. That was until you saw him holding an umbrella for someone else.

Her arm was hooked within his as she was nestled into his right side, the same side you had found comfort in underneath the sheets during many early mornings and restless nights. Your heart twisted inside your chest and you desperately wanted to blame it on a chemical imbalance going on inside your head.

There’s no way heartbreak can take full control of you. You are stronger than your emotions. You can get over him.

But a war of conflicting thoughts waged inside your mind as you saw the couple enter the library that once only belonged to him and you. While the new girl found warmth from your ex-lover by squeezing herself close to him, the wind was brutal towards you as it nipped your face and fingers. The only warmth you found was from the fresh tears that streamed down your face.
