I have watched a few videos about Centralia .never get tired of this place, just amazing the fire is still burning after all these years, you and Tony take care and be careful

We were there YEARS ago, about 20. We drove over after leaving Koebels Grove 😅

I can easily see myself doing this very sort of adventuring....exploring hidden railroad tracks, abandoned train stations, historic sites....wish I was 20 years younger !

Good old Centralia. I go through there a lot. I enjoy wandering around also. In 1988, my 10 year old daughter did a research paper on the Centralia fire with my help without Inernet. We worked very well together and after her presentation to her class mates, they gave her a standing ovation. She got a 105 grade. Thanks for the tour of Centralia. I noticed your excitement about the underground burning. Fascinating, isn't it?

I remember when the town was still there as passed through there on my way to Shamokin and when they moved the hi-way as the old 61 route as the road was breaking up due to the coal fire and years ago when they had lots of rain you could really see the steam coming out of all the rock cracks all over but this is not the only town that has had a mine fire as north of there is one that is also still burning and from what I have found it is over a 100 years old. You did Very Very well with this one Thank You.
