  A note on the binge-eating habits that Jarvis brought up, as someone with ADHD:<br>There&apos;s a lot of relatively recent research to suggest that binge-eating in conjunction with ADHD is specifically related to/stems from stimuli-seeking &amp; emotional dysregulation.<br>In the simplest terms, we eat because we&apos;re bored &amp; sugars/fats/salt/etc. gives our brain instant gratification. Not to mention that a lot of folks with ADHD already have issues clocking our bodies&apos; signals (not eating or peeing or sleeping for long periods of time when we&apos;re hyperfocused), so when we do finally remember to eat, we&apos;re ravenous &amp; we overeat.<br>And then the guilt &amp; shame for feeling like we have no self-control, compounded by growing up in a society that is incredibly fatphobic can really make you feel hopeless.<br><br>It&apos;s something I have struggled with all my life, despite knowing logically that eating less processed stuff &amp; eating in moderation &amp; listening to my body is good for me, it feels like my brain kicks into overdrive &amp; then I&apos;m just little gremlin tearing into an entire box of Saltines in the dark at 2AM.<br>I feel like it&apos;s not a symptom that&apos;s talked about as often as many others.<br><br>Also wow, I didn&apos;t know Jarvis &amp; Josh both dealt with gynecomastia! As a trans dude, super cool to see them both speaking about it so comfortably &amp; openly. Mad respect.

  Actually felt so good to hear Jarvis talk about growing up being able to coast easy and then realizing way too late you never got a solid identity or discipline because of it. I feel like anytime people try to mention it, they’re afraid of sounding “cocky” or whatever but man. It’s a bad feeling
