One of the best interviewers ever. I watched her as a teenager and apart from the interviewing she set a standard for the best of what is possible in the UK-ROI

Wonderful articulate interviewer . Some of her guests were highly regarded , her Liberace , Quentin Crisp & Diana Mosley interviews were impeccable .

Seems so unfair that these two are gone from this earth. They're both funny and articulate.Thank goodness we had them and these wonderful clips.

Quality lady and interviewer . Even as a Kid ( Thames TV area) liked her interviews with top Stars/Celebrities , got genuine answers .

It was such a shame she wasn’t given TV in her later years - some of her interviews with the legends are the best out there.

She is very intelligent woman & should definitely be on TV more. She should have her own show on daytime TV

I have just seen the list of interviewees Mavis Nicholson has interviewed and it is very impressive. JG Ballard, James Baldwin, David Bowie amongst a few. Incredible.
