I got into trophy hunting seriously this year after realizing there’s a huge community of people that actually care about trophies!

I stuck with xbox because me and my mates had great times on mw 1 and 2 and I recently began hunting achievements and whenever I look at the achievements tab and see that hundred percent I feel proud and every now and again I compare my games with my mates to see their progress this isn't entirely related but I understand your points

I used to also play on Xbox till around 5 years ago or so, I got a ps4 and for a while I wasn't considering trophy hunting, other than a few odd games here and there. It wasn't really until I decided to platinum The Witcher 3 last year that I really started to get into trophy hunting, and I found out quickly that there was a whole community dedicated to it. This channel in particular really introduced me into the rewarding and competitive nature of trophy hunting, so I could say this channel is a big inspiration.

My first platinum was Sly 1, and I was hooked ever since, even though I don't have a ton of platinums in 10 years, the ones I have (For the most part) I am rather proud to say, "yeah, I earned that!"

I was mainly a competitive pc gamer from 1998-2010 then casual pc gaming 2012-2016 took a gaming hiatus for years after that, i went to casual console play in 2018 catching up on all the single player experiences i missed over the years. I started out just finishing stories, to doing platinums and now i do 100% hard games and easy games.

I loved hearing your origin story. And it’s pretty much the same as you started as an Xbox gamer and when ps4 came out the first game I ever platinumed was The Order and then a TrophyHunter was born. Since then going for plats has helped me so much with my depression and it was my ONLY escape and I will always thank trophies for helping me through my darkest days. 120 plats later still going strong. Loved the video Lewis looking forward to the next podcast. Hope you’re having a great day

My journey was similar. I just loved the sound and the feeling of getting achievements and it transferred across to PlayStation. The fact that you got a Platinum trophy for 100% was way better in my mind.

I do think trophies are better than achievements. But they need to make trophies mean something, or at least show them off. Xbox does a great job of this of having a screen showing friends progress compared to yours (know you have mentioned this already!!) and I feel this would make it a lot better. Why are the trophies hidden away on the PS5 atm?

Awesome video as per usual dude! I started really late to be fair, I was never a completionist when I was younger and never had the urge to 100% a game until I got my first plat in AC Origins back in 2018. And now here we are 😅

My first Platinum trophy was Until Dawn in 2015. Through 2015-2019 I got a few Plats, but was never really dedicated. Finally in 2020 with being stuck at home due to the Pandemic I started to aggressively trophy hunt and became pretty addicted. I also have become more comfortable with playing some of my favorite games like Kingdom Hearts, Uncharted, and The Witcher 3 on their hardest difficulties as well. Anyway, just got my 231st Platinum trophy yesterday with The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan! Happy hunting everyone!

Great video man, you've recently inspired me to get back into trophy hunting so little insights like this are cool to learn about.

I got into trophy hunting out of petty rivalry with my younger brother in 2015, I had never looked at or cared about trophies until one day he hit me up boasting he had more trophies than me which by default made him a better gamer. We argued about it for a bit then that set me off on my course to hunt trophies/beat his ass lmao.

During the process, I realized that I kinda enjoyed hunting trophies as it occasionally forced me to play games differently, challenging myself and to also try get the most out of the games I was playing.

I started trophy hunting half a year ago. It all began with me playing my favorite lego game (lego Harry Potter 1-4). After i completed it i wanted more, so i went for the platinum trophy. It was really fun. Since then i have set a goal for myself. Platinum every lego game. Yesterday i got my platinum trophy number 10 (Horizon zero dawn). Btw. Sorry for my english im from Czech Republic
