  For a base game run, the limit is 4 plants, peashooter, sunflower, lilypad and flower pot. &nbsp;5-9 is extremely difficult without cabbage pult but it&apos;s doable. For NG+ the limit is 3, starfruit, flower pot and sunflower, but that is assuming you get extremely lucky with balloon zombie and snorkel zombies because you will most likely need a way to counter both. Having Cherry bomb would make the strategy less RNG dependent.

  I also agree that Starfruit can shave off the lillypads, and it&apos;s also goated in all levels and way cheaper than the melonpult, so you can get it faster and not use puff shrooms
