Without a clear disclaimer, promoting Kalshi on the show could also create potential legal concerns, particularly if viewers interpret the promotion as investment advice or an endorsement of the platform as a legitimate investment opportunity.

  Recently everyone is making advertising posters with AI and they all look the same. &nbsp;I think people like the ease of making a poster for now with AI but nobody will want to look at them.
