  Way to go your honor. SOMEONE needs to straighten out these kids. If it's got to be in a courtroom, so be it. I'm glad that judge Boyd lets these young adults know what's going on. The sooner they learn, the better off everyone will be.

  She punched an officer and caused injuries. The judge is only putting her on probation with stipulations. It is not strict enough.

  Here&apos;s the thing people don&apos;t understand cops are above the law and judges enforce it. And let&apos;s get one thing straight The Supreme Court has already made it very clear that these public servants have no duty to your safety so everything he&apos;d done was obviously under the color of law!<br>They can beat on you but you can&apos;t beat on them they can shoot you but you can&apos;t shoot them they can steal your property but you go to jail for stealing what the fuck kind of society do we live in! <br>The Supreme Court not Congress but that worthless Supreme Court has stepped outside of their authority and created immunity and they gave public servants some kind of special privilege that nobody else in this country has And that&apos;s unconstitutional!<br>NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW!<br>Were being ruled by military and worthless administrative clerks like this dumb wench on this screen are enforcing it!<br>You might as well hold all proceedings, I challenge jurisdiction!<br>Let me help you out clerk You don&apos;t get to decide jurisdiction Once it&apos;s challenged it must be proven with evidence. prove this evidence! NO the hell she doesn&apos;t She is not a judge she is nothing more than an administrative clerk operating under maritime/admirality Jurisdiction, commercial law, statutory bullshit!<br><br>Do your own research, the statutory jurisdiction was created underneath the Maritime admirality jurisdiction not the common law jurisdiction Which makes it executive authority and under any maritime admirality jurisdiction there must be some kind of international contract!<br>So for them to gain statutory jurisdiction over anybody in this entire country there must be some kind of contract in place, this is a fact in law!<br>There are no assumptions or presumptions in law only facts and conclusions.
