  You reminded me of a story I heard. &nbsp;A guy got a flat tire outside the yard of a mental institute. &nbsp;As he was putting on his spare tire he dropped all the lug nuts down the storm drain. &nbsp;He let out a loud exclamation, with curses, as he watched the lug nuts disappear. &nbsp;An inmate who was inside the fence and happened to be watching the mishap, yelled at the driver; &quot;take one of the lug nuts off each of the other three wheels of your car and you&apos;ll be able to get to a parts store on three lug nuts.&quot; &nbsp;The driver was perplexed at such good advice coming from the insane asylum inmate and said; &quot;that&apos;s a great idea, I thought you people were supposed to be crazy&quot;, to which the inmate responded; &quot;well we might be crazy but we&apos;re not stupid.&quot;

  Lord I miss the 50s and 60s. &nbsp;Cars were easy to work on. &nbsp;All you needed was a good shade tree.

  My Dad was a mechanic and his name was Scotty ❤️ He always told me to &quot;Pay attention because I&apos;m not going to be around forever&quot; I wish I paid attention...I miss him 💔

  A tip that might save your life: The two metal tubes on the headrest are designed to be able to shatter a window in an emergency!

  So the fancy computer controlled charging system can&apos;t tell the actual state of the battery and you have to manually tell it that the battery is new. &nbsp;Sounds like just another way to get you to the dealership.

  I love Scotty...I am an experienced mechanic, but I have learned so much from him. &nbsp;I watch almost every video he creates. &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; &nbsp;I love his sense of humor too. &nbsp;A great teacher, a great American and a great Texan!

  Now it&apos;s up to the point that I prefer OLD antique cars... No need for complicated computer modules, sensor and gizmo tech stuff !
