After leaving Hot Potato Cafe, Danielle went on to several jobs. For the past seven years, she has worked for Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, first as a progressive care nurse and then as a float pool RN. Her LinkedIn shows that she worked as a bartender for eight years after Hot Potato Cafe closed but transitioned to nursing part-time several years after leaving the restaurant

Some people forget... The reason someone would go to spend money in an EATERY is... To EAT good food.<br>So, that's the MAIN thing. If the food is really good, you can overlook some things, as a customer. But if the food is bad, you just never come back

A baked potato themed restaurant can work. We had one in Houston that only closed this year due to rising costs and it had been there for a few years. It was the Stuffed Baked Potato Factory and it had a whole bunch of delicious ginormous loaded baked potato varieties with a cajun flair. Also sides included softball sized boudin balls.
