Sick! Tall still life guy is pretty freaky. Is that the Manifold Manufacturing building being copied inside the Backrooms?

amazing i recommend joining Kane's Facility and get some very good backrooms movie assets like pbr wallpapers, carpets, models, procedural ceiling tiles, and e.t.c. THEY REALLY HAVE GEMS, TRUST ME.

Great world-building, and I love how your world consists of so many misremembered objects and settings. Looking forward to more!

I loved this vid!! Great work! Only had some small issues with some things, notably, the main character doesn’t really seem reactive enough, even while he’s being chased. The breathing also stays the same at all times, even when the camera was (presumably) on the floor after the slide, and when he’s being chased, if someone is running I’d expect their breathing to be quicker and louder, but it doesn’t seem to be altered much if at all.

When the still life appears, I’d also expect more of a reaction, think of how when naren warne sees captain Clark at the start of the movie. He pauses for a second since he’s shocked and also starts breathing louder, then the camera starts shaking, and then he bolts. All of these details help to convey fear. But in the second encounter when the door is opened, he kinda just slowly turns around and starts climbing, there’s not much of a reaction to it, no difference in breathing, nothing said…

This is all just suggestions, you can take it or leave it, either way good job, can’t wait for the next part!!

Lol, the researcher gets cut off from the rest. Doesn't seem to be distraught about it, just "well, okay". By the way, sounds - especially knocking effect and that faint music in the background remind me of one of these first simple backgrooms games that you can find on Steam. The one where you just try to escape a yellow, damp hellscape. is this a coincidence or am I losing my mind? Also, breaking down walls with grenades is something new! Makes me think, if you had an infinite stash of grenades, would it be possible to go out or not?
