약간 앞에 지은 검로푸를 5억대 분양하고 거기도 간신히 완판했는데, 입지가 더 없는곳은 잠깐 사이에 2억 올려서 7억대니 이유가 필요있나!

저기 주변에 공장밖에 없음. 그리고 김포매립지 가깝고 그리고 교통이 걸핏하면 사고 잘 나는 안동포사거리가 코앞에 있음
