The Darwin’s grip has single handedly changed my work ethic for trimming. It’s a fantastic product that you can actually feel a difference in 5 minutes of using if you actually use a trimmer for your day job

If you would’ve read the instructions for the Darwin grip, it’s made for left or right hand. It also clearly states that the arm holding the grip should be fully extended. I think if you are going to review about it, you should read its instructions to make sure you’re using it correctly.

Once you find a sweet spot for the Darwin grip, you’ll love it. I run it on all my weed whackers and edgers It does take a little bit to find the sweet spot. Best product on the market.

Gotta slide the Darwin Grip collar down towards the head of the weed eater (this will straighten your left/non-dominate arm), and rotate the collar counter clockwise to 10 o’clock (will move grip handle left off-set from center so your left hand can more naturally grip it.

Before trying to attempt to install or test a product, you should read the instructions, watch a video on the installation, (like most sites have) before attempting to test, use or review a product, The darwins grip is a game changer and millions of users can contest to this.....installed the correct way.

Twist the Darwin’s grip upside down and turn to the side. It’s very adjustable and I love them specially being 6’7” with little back pain at the end of the day

You didn't like the Darwin grips position, but you didn't bother to slide it down further to see if it was better. I don't cur own any, but have considered the Darwin.

The Mitigator seems like a useful attachment (if it were better thought out). I end up burning my arm on long runs of trimming because I use my upper forearm to stabilize the trimmer most of the time.

I use a bike handle trimmer, I don’t know why these things aren’t more popular but they are so much nicer to use than the loop handle ones. They give you some leverage to so the trimmer isn’t beating your wrists to death when you’re in the thick stuff. Now you absolutely need the harness with one of the bike handle trimmers so maybe that’s why they aren’t as popular especially for smaller jobs. However if you have more than a few minutes of trimming to do they are definitely worth getting. Have a bad back and have to do a few hours of trimming on my property. The bike handle trimmer was a game changer for me. The extra minute it takes to put the harness on is well worth it especially if you’re going to be doing an hour or more of trimming. Honestly anything over 10-15 minutes would be worth it. Certainly not the best option for everyone, especially a landscape crew who’s doing small lots and in and out in less time then it takes me to put my damn boots on.

Install your Darwin grip slightly off center. Almost allows a crossbody grip. Started using mine yesterday and cut down property times drastically not having to stop and stretch.

The Echo 3020T has a 59" length shaft compared to that FS94R 49" length at the expense of more weight but you could probably rig a strap to it. I feel your pain with the herniated discs. I finally got an inversion board on Amazon that was under $200. use it a few times a week to stretch out the back and keep the herniated discs at bay. You'll realize just how compressed your spine is the frst time you try an inversion board. I didnt attempt a full upside down inversion until after a month of working my way up to it.
