Definitely no one else I’d rather chat about it with, Jocko is one of the all time greatest leaders and someone I’ve looked up to for years . Only bad thing about this video was that it was only 20 minutes, I could have watched 2 hours of this easily

I imagine the contrast between war mode and total safety Jocko described is quite different for a Ukrainian. Going home to realize the civilian cost must have a different moral effect. Being confronted with dead neighbours, the underground makeshift bunker that acts as your kids school, the constant power and heat cuts etc. must fill one with purpose.<br><br>Additionally, those relatively sorter rotations must be great for innovation as they are constantly presented with problems whose solutions they can implement during time off to test in the next cycle.
