There is also a person camping south of Wapiti, around the turtle house a statue cave that asks you to join him at his camp, the then explains the entire story of the 3 brothers and their treasure and betrayal of each other to you.

Unsatisfiying ending with the video link and avatar stamped over the top of the final reveal. SMH on that one.

You picked the hard way to get to the message in the mine. Just go down the ladders on the square marking on the map by the E of ROANOAKE and look behind on the wall when you get to the lowest ladder.

The lockbox in the cabin at 3m55s respawns if you ride away for a few minutes then go back. If you have time and you're low on funds, repeat it a few times then go to a fence. Beware of the Grizzly as you approach the cabin.

You don’t need to go through all this just get the map. Just go to Reed’s cabin and get it. This goes with all the other loot.

I’ve found the nuggets, map and treasure but never saw the poster, loot the foreman or message in the mine.
