  This 21-lap record is so impressive dude, not only because you kept driving after the race should&apos;ve finished, but because you KNEW something like this could exist out there and you chased it until you found the answer. Even if this gets patched, major props to you for finding it!!!

  I imagine the two checkpoint systems exist because they were testing what worked properly and felt right, and when they decided they wanted all sections to be checkpoints they just left the key checkpoint system in the game because it was easier than going through the effort of removing them.
